The Prickly pear Jam has  a fresh and citrus flavour. Its antique taste reminds us the jams that our grandmother used to make. The first ingredient is genuineness, in fact it conteins only natural preservatives. The jam is produced in 24 our from the harvest. The grove is situated near Oristano.

It is perferct for cakes, cockies and pie. It can be used also to flavour cheese, yogurt and salty recepies.
